本校現行之資訊網路服務主要密碼共有兩組，
一組用於登入電子郵件信箱及校務資訊系統(wac)，
另一組則用於登入數位學習平台及電子資源查詢系統(er)。

鑒於資訊技術發展已臻妥善，上述系統之登入將僅需設定一組密碼即可達成。
此外，基於資安發展與需求，亦將支援使用者設定更高強度之密碼。
爰自 113 年 9 月 1 日起，本校教職員生重設密碼時，
可將這兩組密碼減為一組；密碼長度上限可由16個字元增加至30個字元。

There are two sets of passwords for KMU information network services:
1. One is for logging into the e-mail and the Information System (WAC).
2. The other one is for logging into the E-learning System and the Electronic Resources System.

In view of the advancement of information technology, staff and students may reset their passwords by reducing the number of passwords to one set since September 1, 2024.
The maximum password length can be increased from 16 characters to 30 characters.
