本校圖書館適度提供館藏資源給予校外人士使用，相關規定說明如下：

Exchange library pass

憑本人附相片之身分證件(如身分證、駕照、健保卡等)至流通櫃台填妥資料後換取臨時閱覽證入館，離館前須歸還臨時閱覽證，並換回原證件。
Bring your photo ID card (e.g. ID card, driver's license, health insurance card, etc.) to the circulation desk to exchange for a temporary library pass. Please return the pass and exchange it for your ID card before leaving the library.
年齡限制

須年滿18歲，若未滿18歲者，應憑就讀大專校學院之學生證換取臨時閱覽證。
If you are under 18, please use your student ID card from a college or university to exchange for a temporary library pass.
注意事項
Attention
  1. 除筆電之外，個人書籍及背包不得攜入館內，須寄放於館內置物櫃。people
    Personal books and backpacks are not allowed to be brought into the library (except for laptops) and must be stored in the lockers. 

  2. 校外人士僅可入館查閱館藏資料，不得於館內自修、外借書刊及觀賞影片。
    Outsiders are only allowed to check out KMU's collection but are not allowed to study, borrow books, or watch videos in the Library.

  3. 圖書館閱覽席位有限，校外人士同一時段進館以15人次為限，遇本校學期考試期間暫停校外人士進館。
    There is a limit of 15 visits to the library at one time. Outsiders Access is closed during exam periods.
  4. 入館應遵守本館閱覽規則，共同維護館內閱覽環境品質。
    Please     observe the rules and regulations of the library and maintain the quality of the library's reading environment.
