15 minutes after opening and before the closing time according to the opening hours of the library. 
New hours will be announced for summer and winter breaks.
Service Description

Public Audiovisual Materials

  1. Public audiovisual materials are limited to in-library use. Everyone can borrow up to 2 items and return on the borrowing date.
  2. For teaching purposes, teachers, departments, or clubs may borrow for out-of-library use. Everyone can borrow up to 1 item for a maximum of 7 days. Renewal is not allowed and a $5/overdue day penalty is charged.

Home Audiovisual Materials

  1. Everyone can borrow up to 2 items for a maximum of 7 days. Renewal is not allowed and a $5/overdue day penalty is charged.
  2. Do not broadcast home audiovisual materials in public. Borrowers who violates intellectual property rights will be penalized.
Notice
  1. Please return the materials to the circulation desk.  Do not use the drop-off box to return the materials.
  2. Non-library material may not be used with library equipments.
  3. Copying with library equipments is strictly prohibited.
  4. Please take extra care of the library resources. If any damage occurs, the user will be held responsible.
