        • Nextcloud for Faculty & Staff (including Research Assistants) – Launched 2024/07/01
          • Service URL: https://nc.kmu.edu.tw
          • Quota: 100GB per person; 300GB per department account; Max file size: 1GB.
          • Username: KMU e-mail account (excluding @kmu.edu.tw).
          • Password: Information Service System(WAC) password.
          • Note: This service is available only during employment. Accounts will be deleted upon resignation or retirement; please back up your data before leaving.
          • Nextcloud for Students – Launching 2026/02/01
            • Service URL: https://ncst.kmu.edu.tw
            • Quota: 30GB per person; Max file size: 1GB.
            • Username: KMU e-mail account (u+Student ID, excluding @kmu.edu.tw).
            • Password: Information Service System(WAC) password.
            • Note: This service is available only during enrollment. Accounts will be deleted upon graduation; please back up your data before leaving.
          • Device Support:
            • Desktop/Laptop: Access via web browser.
            • Mobile: Download the Nextcloud App from the App Store or Google Play.
          • Previous KMU Cloud Drive: Owncloud
            • Service URL: https://owncloud.kmu.edu.tw
            • Notice: Access will be restricted to on-campus connections only from 2026/04/01. The service will be permanently shut down on 2026/07/31.
