台北時間 7/26-27 (六、日) 美國國家生物技術資訊中心（National Center for Biotechnology Information，簡稱NCBI）將進行升級維護，預計要停機24小時以上，期間可能會影響 NLM 系列資源（包括MEDLINE資料庫、PubMed搜尋、提交系統和程式化服務）存取中斷或效能下降的情況。預計所有 NCBI 產品和服務將於台北時間 7/28 (一) 晚上全面恢復使用。

NCBI will be upgraded and maintained on 26-27 July (UTC+8), and is expected to be down for more than 24 hours. Maintenance periods may affect the NLM family of resources (including the MEDLINE database, PubMed search, submission systems, and programmed services) in terms of interrupted access or degraded performance. All NCBI products and services are expected to be fully restored by the evening of 28 July (UTC+8).
