一、圖書館將轉贈2023年過期之休閒性期刊給所需單位，有需求者請填寫『過期休閒性期刊轉贈申請表』(詳如附件)
二、申請期間：2025.01.06-2025.01.10
申請注意事項：
＊因需申請單位主管簽章，不受理線上申請，請將申請表送交圖書館一樓櫃台。
＊申請結果會E-MAIL或電話通知，請於收到通知後，於上班時間至圖書館領取。

The library will be donating leisure magazines that expired in 2023 to departments in need. If you are interested, please fill out the "Expired Leisure Magazine Donation Application Form" (as attached).
Application Period: January 6, 2025 to January 10, 2025
Application Notes:
- As the application requires the signature or stamp of the department supervisor, online applications will not be accepted. Please submit the application form at the library's first-floor counter.
- The result of your application will be notified by email or phone. Please pick up the magazines at the library during office hours after receiving the notification.
