2025年9-12月高市圖聯展書籍已全數陳列於一樓大廳 L 型圖書區，本期展出以2024年之後出版新書為主，歡迎讀者到館閱讀及借閱。

| Borrowing rules | up to 5 books and 28 days per person. No renew and reserve. |
| Overdue Fine | Daily fine of NT$2 / per overdue book |
| Borrowing and returning books | circulation counter of the library lobby. |
| Note | ■ The number of books that can be borrowed from KPL is included in the number of books that can be borrowed from KMU. ■ Please refer to KMU borrowing privileges  for the number of books that can be borrowed from KMU. |
