為提供同學在校內可快速存取的雲端硬碟空間，
圖書資訊處已架設學生用 Nextcloud 服務，
將於 115 年 2 月 1 日上線：
服務網址：https://ncst.kmu.edu.tw
每人 30GB 的儲存空間，單一檔案最大限為 1GB，
登入帳號：KMU e-mail 帳號 (u學號，不含 @kmu.edu.tw)
登入密碼：校務資訊系統 (WAC) 密碼

Nextcloud 支援桌機、筆電及行動裝置：
* 桌機和筆電請用瀏覽器連網址 https://ncst.kmu.edu.tw
* 行動裝置請至 App Store 或 Google Play 下載 Nextcloud App，
Server 網址請輸入 https://ncst.kmu.edu.tw

注意事項：本服務限在學期間使用，畢業後刪除，畢業前請自行備份資料。

The Office of Library and Information Services is pleased to announce the launch of Nextcloud, 
a faster cloud storage solution designed specifically for the KMU student community. 
This service provides a secure and efficient way for your work within the campus network.

Quick Access Information
Launch Date: February 1, 2026
Service URL: https://ncst.kmu.edu.tw
Storage Limit: 30GB per user (Max file size: 1GB)

Login Instructions
To access the service, please use your university credentials:
Username: Student ID (starting with 'u', excluding @kmu.edu.tw)
Password: School Information System (WAC) password

Important note
Please take note of the following data retention policies to ensure your files remain safe:
Eligibility: This service is available to currently enrolled students only.
Graduation/Withdrawal: Your account and all stored data will be permanently deleted upon graduation or withdrawal from the university.
Note: It is the user's responsibility to back up all personal data before leaving the university.

Multi-Device Support
Nextcloud supports seamless integration across all your devices. You can access your files via:
Web Browser: Access directly via the URL above.
Mobile App: Download the "Nextcloud" app from the App Store or Google Play.
When prompted, enter https://ncst.kmu.edu.tw as the server address.
