近期屢次發生本校使用者超量下載ACS電子期刊全文，造成校園部分IP被停權，進而影響其他師生權益。因該出版社控管超量下載相當嚴格，敬請師生在使用ACS電子期刊，切勿連續、大量、有系統地下載檔案（避免同日、同時段、同IP大量下載電子全文），並禁止使用自動下載軟體功能（包含透過EndNote下載全文工具)，以符合 ACS 美國化學會下載全文規範。
為防止再度被ACS停權，圖資處目前已先設定全校每分鐘與ACS連線數上限為30個，若超過此上限，將暫時無法連線ACS，請稍後再上線使用。不便之處，尚請見諒。

In the past few weeks the access to American Chemistry Society (ACS) database was frequently blocked by the owner, ACS Publications, due to the excessive downloads done by some of the KMU users.
To avoid that, we strongly appeal to you for not downloading the ACS journals in a continuous and excessive way. Also, you should not use any software that provides an automatic service to download texts (eg, EndNote's "Find Full Text") excessively. We have already limited the concurrent users to 30 accounts to reduce the happening of above problem. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
